Amanda Fadden Joins Trellis Rx as Vice President, Service Quality Excellence

*Specialty pharmacy industry leader brings comprehensive operational experience to Trellis Rx’s customers.*

Trellis Rx, a leading technology-enabled service provider focused on helping health systems change the way patients experience specialty medication therapy, announced that Amanda Fadden has joined the company in the role of Vice President, Service Quality Excellence. Amanda will work closely with Trellis Rx’s health system clients to support the overall quality and growth of their patient-centered specialty pharmacy programs.

Amanda brings a deep and diverse level of experience in health system specialty pharmacy development to her role at Trellis Rx. Having worked with key stakeholders across the continuum of specialty pharmacy services, her unique perspective will enhance the quality and accelerate the development of Trellis’ customer programs. In her role, Amanda will work primarily to ensure the proliferation of operational best practices particularly related to patient engagement and customer service across Trellis’ health system partners. Her commercial and consulting experience will support targeted implementation strategies and drive speed-to-market for Trellis’ customers.

Amanda began her career in health system specialty pharmacy at Fairview Pharmacy Services where, among other duties, she played a key role in their consulting practice as a subject matter expert on health system specialty pharmacy development. She also had operational responsibility for their specialty pharmacy. Amanda also worked at Wellpartner assisting health systems in the growth of their 340B programs. Most recently, Amanda has served as Vice President of Operations at Excelera – the leading national network of health systems with specialty pharmacies. Amanda was instrumental while at Excelera in supporting the development of their health system network and the ongoing success of their health system partners.
