Much research demonstrates how health system specialty pharmacy services outperform other specialty pharmacies on access to care, patient satisfaction, and medication turnaround times. However, when it comes to understanding the clinical impact of health system specialty pharmacy services, limited high-quality benchmarks and clinical outcomes measures have been available.

Our first-of-its-kind report addresses this gap by outlining standardized clinical outcomes measures for health system specialty pharmacies. The clinical outcomes measures, which are based on the real-world results of our health system partners across the country, are applicable to any specialty pharmacy service and benchmarked against findings from clinical research studies and other third-party sources.
